1. Detection principle

Only detects whether it is disconnected, can detect without contacting the sensor, and turns on the red light when disconnected

Determine the fluctuation of the infrared radiation when receiving the signal. If there is no signal change for a period of time, the sensor determines it is disconnected and the indicator light changes accordingly. It only determines whether the detected object is completely disconnected, regardless of the material detected and the location of the disconnection.

2. Reaction sensitivity

Unlimited length/contact, adjustable time

There is no limit to the detection line length and the sensitivity is adjustable.

3. Detection Object

Commonly used test wires such as yarn, copper wire, flexible wire, metal wire, solder wire, enameled wire, filament, optical fiber and most other wires can be tested. FD10 can detect round wire materials, and FD11 is used to detect flat wire materials.

4. Output energy consumption

The energy consumption is less than 20mA, the power supply voltage is 12-24V DC, the output mode is IO output, and the maximum load current is 100mA.

*Output pulses will occur when the power is cut off, so the power supply to the load or load line must be cut off first.
