1. Ultra-high detection performance

The detection principle of the JP-D60 series is that the measurement distance from the pulsed laser to the object and back is not affected by the surface condition of the workpiece, thus achieving the purpose of stable detection.
     

2. Accurate and simple settings

Rely on the clear OLED display and three buttons to adjust various parameters and working modes.
 
The OLED display can display characters correctly, and you can operate by observing the screen   The red light is always on when the power is on and the output is not on; the blue light is always on when the output is stable and meets the set conditions
     

3. Ultra-long distance detection and installation

The work area is full of complexities, and sometimes the sensor installation collides with the workpiece, resulting in detection failures. The JP-D60 series can be installed in an undisturbed position to achieve "ultra-long-distance setting and detection", avoiding collisions, position overlaps, and other effects during operation.
 
Ordinary photovoltaic installation requires very close distance   Using TOF sensors, it can be installed at a long distance for detection
     

4. Robot Handling Example

There are many risks near the robot's operating position. Incorrect chuck posture may cause collision between the tool and sensor, or false detection may occur due to splashing of liquid attached to the workpiece, which may affect the sensor. The "ultra-long-distance installation and detection" of the JP-D60 series can avoid collisions, water splashes, false operations and other scenarios caused by robot handling, ensuring normal operation of production without interference.
