1. Detection principle

The green LED light is illuminated as a single parallel beam to the target. The edge between the bright and dark areas on the CCD is detected to obtain the measured value, such as outer diameter, spacing, etc.
     

2. Automatic correction function

By using a combination of linear COMS and area array CCD, the system can automatically calculate the correct diameter when the product is tilted.
 
     

3. Suitable for harsh environments

The measuring head complies with IP64 standards and can reliably prevent water or dust from entering.
