1.2 Points Setting

Simple setting method
 
Press the SET key without any object to be detected.   Press the SET key while there is a test object.
Automatically set to maximum sensitivity to solve the problem of too much or too little light and save setting time.
     

2. Light saturation is halved

1. The distance between the two optical fibers is too close.

2. The diffuse reflection fiber core is too thick or the diffuse reflection fiber is too close to the detection object.

 

All of the above will lead to excessive light value, such as 4090 shown in the figure below, or even the actual value is greater than 4090 (because the peak value of the dual digital display amplifier is 4090), so that the light value is always greater than the set value and is in a saturated state, so that the detection cannot be completed. The light saturation halving function can quickly halve the light value, making the light value lower than the set value, and successfully complete the detection.

 

The light value is quickly halved (red value) by pressing the M key and the + key at the same time. (The steps for halving and restoring are the same)
     

3. Anti-interference, independent frequency

Four sets of independent frequencies ensure stable detection without mutual interference between sensors even when the detected objects are small and close to each other.
