1. Detection principleTriangulation is one of the detection principles of displacement sensors. The light emitted by the transmitter will shine on the workpiece, and the reflected light will enter the receiver. Generally, by extending the optical path length between the light receiving part and the light receiving element (CMOS), more accurate and stable measurement values can be obtained, but on the other hand, the depth direction of the sensor will become longer and the body shape will become larger. The LS-D series has a new optical system with a reflector installed inside, and the size in the depth direction is shortened, while achieving high-precision measurement comparable to displacement sensors. |

2. Sturdy body, IP67 protection gradeThe aluminum casting shell is lightweight and strong. Although it is small in size, it is strong, thus reducing the impact of unstable factors such as shell deformation and temperature on measurement accuracy. |

3. Equipped with super-resolution algorithmThe ideal waveform is automatically processed according to the surface condition of the target workpiece. Even workpieces that were previously difficult to detect, such as thin metal wires and resins, can be stably detected without adjustment. |

4. New mode configuration thickness calibration function |

5. Configure the concave distance counting filter functionThis function automatically recognizes the edge of the concave distance and outputs each concave distance at once. In the application fields of counting and seam detection, it can be easily set without wasting time. |
