II. Stable Detection of High-Transparency Objects
The optical system developed by JANPOS, combined with the DEX circuit, enables stable detection of highly transparent objects that traditional photoelectric sensors cannot detect.
III. DEX Circuit
PB employs a DEX (Difference Expansion) circuit that significantly amplifies light while slightly attenuating it, enabling stable detection of transparent objects.
4. Ultra-small sensor that’s easy to install
With a compact body measuring just 31.4 x 19.5 x 12 mm, it requires very little space and can be installed almost anywhere.
5. The visible light spot makes it easy to align the optical axis.
The light source uses an ultra-bright red LED, making the light spot easily visible. When the optical axis is properly aligned, a red light spot will appear on the reflector. This allows you to confirm that the optical axis has been correctly calibrated.
