By performing a simple operation, you can adjust the current value to “100.0” while setting the sensitivity. This eliminates biases caused by differences in detection content and individual variations, thereby helping to prevent and maintain quality.
● Long press 【PRESET】 to cancel.
● Cannot be used in conjunction with zero-point migration.
Press the [PRESET] button once.
II. Maximum Sensitivity Calibration
This sensitivity-setting method is suitable for situations where dust or dirt can reduce the intensity of the received light. Calibrate the set value to be slightly lower than the determined received light intensity.
Through-beam type: Workpiece present Reflective type: No workpiece
Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds or longer until “SET” starts flashing, then release. 
When using a reflective-type device with no workpiece present, or when using a contrast-type / retroreflective-type device with a workpiece present, press and hold the [SET] button for more than three seconds.
When the “SET” light is flashing, release the button. The set value will flash immediately, indicating that calibration is complete and then the light will turn steady (on). Press the button to adjust the set value.
