  • I. Closed-loop amplitude feedback control for the vibration feeder

    The amplitude sensor is installed horizontally near the vibration plate or track.

    Determine the desired amplitude, and during material feeding on the vibrating tray, automatically adjust the output voltage internally based on feedback from the vibration sensor, thereby achieving closed-loop amplitude regulation.

     

    II. Vibration Monitoring System

    When paired with host computer software, it can be used to monitor abnormal conditions of machines and facilities.

    Mechanical equipment monitoring: Vibration sensors can be used to monitor the vibration conditions of rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, and more. By measuring vibrations, potential faults in mechanical equipment can be detected promptly, preventing damage to the equipment and avoiding production losses caused by unexpected downtime. Vibration sensors can also be used to monitor the vibration conditions of stationary equipment such as vibrating screens and vibratory conveyors.

     

    3. Abnormal Alarm Output (Three Channels)

    Use with a controller

    Users can set upper and lower limits for the three axes. When the number of triggers within a given period exceeds the preset threshold, an IO alarm output is triggered, which helps reduce wear and tear.

     

    4. Suitable for harsh environments
