II. Built-in grating scale
High-speed imaging is achieved using an ultra-high-definition CMOS sensor, which reads the amount of movement from an “absolute scale” etched with slit patterns whose shapes vary depending on position. This detection principle boasts exceptionally high precision—unparalleled in its class—and ensures zero tracking errors even during rapid movements.
3. Dedicated Bracket
The manufacturer provides a locking sleeve specifically designed for the JC2 series, so you don’t need to prepare a mounting bracket. Simply drill a 10mm-diameter hole, and you can easily install the sensor.
4. Easy to Use
The amplifier is designed to be simple and easy to operate, equipped with “▲/▼” buttons for menu selection. ◀︎ / ► The “button is used to specify a value.
V. Automatic Calculation
Unlike conventional calculation methods—which rely on data recorded by the PLC—thickness and flatness calculations are performed automatically by the sensor head. Simply select the correct application mode—it’s that easy.
