1. Two-point setting
Simple setup method
Press the SET key when there is no test object present. Press the SET key when the test substance is present. Automatically set to maximum sensitivity to address issues caused by excessive or insufficient light levels, saving setup time. II. Brightness saturation halved
1. The two fiber optic sensors are positioned too close to each other.
2. The diffuse-reflection core itself is relatively thick, or the diffuse-reflection fiber is positioned too close to the object being detected.
All of the above can lead to an excessively high light-receiving value—such as the 4090 shown in the figure below—or even cause the actual value to exceed 4090 (since the dual-display amplifier shows a peak value of 4090). As a result, the light-receiving value remains consistently higher than the setpoint, driving the system into a saturated state and preventing the detection from being completed. The light-saturation halving function can rapidly reduce the light-receiving value by half, bringing it below the setpoint and enabling the detection to proceed smoothly.
The light value rapidly halves (red value); simply press the M key and the + key simultaneously. (The halving and restoration steps are identical.)
3. Anti-interference, independent frequency
Four independent frequency bands ensure that even when detecting very small objects that are close together, the sensors will not interfere with each other, thus enabling stable detection.
